Great location. Spacious condo. There was plenty of space to comfortably have six people for five nights. The kitchen is stocked with useful things. Plenty of cookware, crockpot, blender, utensils, foil, sandwich bags etc. the balcony is large and spacious with comfortable seating. My family also loved the decor, everything felt very homey. Would stay again.
It was super comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. The sound of the river was super relaxing. We would definitely go back.

Location to downtown
Everything was so cozy! It felt like home away from home. So many little things for convenience!
The location was perfect, only a short walk from downtown Gatlinburg yet off of the beaten path. Parking was safe and well lit, and the condo had one designated parking space in the covered garage while the open lot was available for any extra vehicles. The condo was well decorated and had everything we could need, including a list of the owner's personal recommendations for area attractions, restaurants, etc.
