We loved the location and the ease of people watching. The place was comfortable and the view was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee. The A.C. worked wonderfully.
Locations was great! Condo was clean and comfy. Perfect for a family with kids with the bedroom set up. I liked that it was a smaller building.
It was awesome! We were located close enough to The Hangout that we could walk and not have to deal with traffic or parking. The beach was steps away and the pool was nice and empty besides us most of the time.

Location, location, location - The ability to see and quickly walk to the beach was awesome. There is a pool as well, but I didn't indulge. Double length balcony that I did enjoy as well as the two sets of sliding glass doors that allowed for fresh air flow. The in-unit laundry is very useful. The place was VERY clean which I appreciate immensely. Onsite parking is convenient and free. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Due to various factors I didn't read the full "check-out instructions" until I was already back home. Be sure to read those as there are a few minor requests of the property manager.
