We stayed at the main property where the casino is located and it was amazing! The music was so upbeat and they played all of the classics. The room was awesome with an ok view (not the properties fault, it's just N.O.). Food options were pricy but good. We plan on coming back.
Beautiful room, easy to locate, great casino and restaurant
The staff was incredible from the time of our arrival to our departure
We requested the room to be cleaned. Either the person at the concierge did not relay the message, or the cleaners did not simply clean. We had to request it a second time the next day before cleaning the room. They apologized for the error. There was no hot water on the day of our exit. The channels on the TV had sound in some but not in others. We called and waited for hours before it was rectified.
The room was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.
