Quiet and very clean hotel with a great pool. Restaurant serves outstanding breakfast.
The first host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean like any other.
When you enter the hotel the aroma was so strong , it smelt so amazing ! The hotel was very clean & quiet .
Everything was beyond exceptional from the moment we walked in. The hotel smelled amazing like walking into a luxurious spa. The staff was exceptional & they upgraded us to a suite It was so sweet of them. I will stay here every chance I get when I come to Austin. I would give them a 20 out of 10. There is absolutely nothing I could say negative about this hotel. It’s perfect.
The staff was awesome. Especially the front desk. They called me by name every day I returned to the hotel, and they also asked me how my day was. The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Lucinda, was great and accommodated me with a couple of issues. I dropped my toothbrush on the floor and called the front desk to ask if they carried toothbrushes. She said yes, we do, and I will bring it up to you right away! I had a free breakfast with my stay, but because I did not use it, I was given dinner instead. Even the bartender called me by name and was very friendly during my entire stay.
