Very modern hotel with lots of amenities. Very clean facilities inside and out. Having free use of kayaks, pedal boats makes for an awesome activity to do without having to spend more money on a rental elsewhere.

great complex, lakeside area was a nice surprise. We were in town for our son's participation in the IronMan, and the van service was a GREAT unexpected surprise. Constructive feedback: when we checked in Saturday night, the Desk Person never mentioned the shuttle availability. We actually found out the next morning as we were exiting to get into our car to search for parking downtown, and the shuttle happened to be right outside.

The location was very good even though it wasn't within walking distance from town unless you're an avid walker. The on-sight restaurant was very good with excellent attention from the wait staff. The rooms were so large and very clean! The bathrooms are very nice with large showers with a great shower head! I just loved this hotel!

Breakfast buffet was well worth the $20 per person with the variety of items and number of times you could visit it. Fresh fruit was in season and delicious. Omelets were made in front of you with a variety of options. Very convenient to numerous locations in the Lake Placid area.

Location was convenient to the downtown and surrounding attractions mostly bc we had a car to access things, although there was a shuttle in town, we didn't access it bc of kids/seniors we were travelling with. Pool at hotel, access to restaurant, bar, outdoor seating, fire pits, the new/modern look and feel of the hotel. Local restaurants nearby were easy to access- we could have walked! Would like to visit again when it's warmer!
