The staff was very friendly and polite and the location was great for restaurants and shopping
It was nice a clean a close to everything the front Desk Lady was very nice Saturday evening a the Front desk Lady Ms Debra was very nice Sunday morning at Check out a the Bed Slept Wonderful.
Cleanliness, cold AC, kitchenette, comfy beds and great customer service from the front desk.
Had a problem on checkin. Reserved thru booking.com a suite and we were giving a one bed king size room. Was told since booked through 3rd party not guaranteed the room from that site. They did switch to another room. However, it was booked and almost had to find another hotel to stay. And could not find a number to call booking.com with issue. Staff said should have booked directly , instead of 3rd party.
I loved it was pet friendly and the laundry is FREE. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen area is well stocked with dishes, glasses etc. The beds are great. Nice products in the bathroom. I stayed there twice and it was very quiet and enjoyable.
