It’s dog friendly and accommodations were very comfortable. Friendly staff.
The room was clean and spacious, especially the bedroom was separated with other spaces. The staffs were very nice and solve our issue with the door key immediately. I would recommend to stay here when coming Richmond.
The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I liked the fact that it was a suite and we could prepare our meals if we chose to.
The property wasn’t a bad area. I’ve heard some people say it smelled of cigarettes but I did not smell anything. Very open space in the hotel
One of your staff (Nick) was wonderful very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent as well.
