Valet night with the mustache and then lady in the front the desk was the best people I’ve seen in years !!!
They made my stay x100 better
Requested and got microwave oven and refrigerator. Nespresso machine was fun. Very strong coffee. Walk in shower had dual sprays, one both a hand held and on a rack. Morning breakfast $15 discounts. Can temporarily park your car at entrance, but have to leave key and fob with attendant. Filtered water dispensers on every floor. Large screen TV. Can load your own netflix account. Nice cityscape view front 9th floor. Able to pick up Amazon deliveries, and mailed out from front desk. Good high speed internet, but need to turn on VPN to protect your devices.
Lighting, nespresso machine, room lockbox, and shower were great. Very friendly and helpful staff.liked the hall filtered water dispensers, but one was slow to dispense, and cutoff before fully filling my bottle.Liked the dual shower, especially the hand held.
This is my favorite place to stay in Bethesda because of the location.
The hotel is in a great location near restaurants and shops in a walkable center. The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in lady and the valet manager were excellent, so friendly and helpful.
