Great views of the Santa Lucia Mountains are offered from this lodge. With a private patio, all of the warmly decorated rooms at Carmel Valley Lodge come equipped with cable TV and a fireplace. Each room has high ceilings and a modern bathroom with either a bathtub or shower. A continental breakfast is offered and includes local pastries, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee and tea. Property, room, and pool were beautiful. Loved that the property was covered in flowers.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Really appreciated having no carpets. Beds are super comfortable.
We stayed in early May. The property has a heated pool which was great for our kids - their favorite activity.
Breakfasts are nice and a great advantage, especially for families with kids.
The pool was naturally salted with no chlorine, and the 104°F hot tub was perfect for stargazing at night. Breakfast was à la carte, with a lovely lady personally making us avocado toast—such thoughtful service. Plenty of hot drink options and a beautiful seating area. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
Very cute hotel in Carmel Valley. We got the king room and it was roomy and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The electric fireplace was a nice touch. There was a little patio with table and chairs in front of the room. The lady at the lobby was very nice and friendly. The little garden in front of the hotel was very cute. And it’s a dog friendly hotel so we could bring our fur baby.
The management worked to accommodate my mobility issues even though the room was not actually handicap accessible. The room was very clean.
