The location and the hotel decoration are amazing.
Elevator remained out of service for the entire stay.

Small, nice, beautiful hotel right next to beach was amazing place to stay.
Was right by the beach, they provided beach towels and chairs, but we have to pay for umbrella at the beach. the room was cleaned daily which was great. no meals provided, but have 20% off for breakfast. was close to all south beach activities, clubs and bars. was overall a great stay
