The space is definitely large enough to allow for a king- size bed & the room would be better with that. Also the sitting area was just 1 chair shoved into the fireplace. The only option was to use the bed as a sofa.
Small improvements that would make this a 10 of a room.

Great location within walking distance of MGH and numerous tourist sites. The are was safe and clean. You were in a neighborhood that felt less like being in a big city. The building was very nice with original architectural features intact. Heated tile floors in bath were a wonderful feature. Beautiful little park adjacent to property.
