Danielle was very prompt when the toilet messed up and was great with communication. The unit was clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. We will be renting again when we come in town

The house was in a great location, quite and cozy and very nice place to stay. The bed in the backroom was like sleeping on a cloud. We never needed anything honestly. So we did not need to bother the owner.

Mr. Benton was always professional, and courteous. Anything I needed done he took required action asap. I stayed a while longer than I intended and he never raised my rate , and let me decide if and when I wanted to pay a small fee of $45. for cleaning and restocking. He rarely bought the generic brands. My favorite thing was the cute suggestions note holder. I saw he had responded and I noticed in the Chateau that he heard his customers need and met it. Little things like that matter for solo travelers like me. I’d stay there over hotel anytime.

I enjoyed the quietness, the cleanliness of the place. It was so comfortable until I wanted to stay an extra night just for peace and quiet.
