Food was great,Hot Springs very close to our room, abundant hiking trails.
The only issue we had was with a clerk in the gift shop. He answered a phone call and kept my party and three others waiting for over 20 minutes.
Enjoyed the hot springs and the Aurora Ice Museum exhibit
The variety of activities on-site. The staff was personable and very helpful!
Other than the tours and the actual Hot Springs, the only thing better or the staff.
Especially helpful and kind were Kim Lyn, Carlos, Jaice, Alexey, and Asia.
Also, Bernie Karl, the owner, was amazing to talk to!
