I was told in the elevator that the place use to be a dump but it’s nice now. I agree it’s a nicer facility to an extent.
I must say I love the customer service. I arrived later in the evening and was greeted by nathan. He was very professional and made my check-in process easy. He went above and beyond to get me checked into my room so that my son and I could get the rest we needed the next day. I was greeted by Angela, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you, Marriott.
The hotel smelled really good right when you walk in. It has a home vibe with a fireplace with matching decor. The front desk staff is nice and matches well with personality’s of guest this type of hotel would attract. All staff greet you no matter where you are. It’s a luxury vibe with calmness feeling, that helps if you’re on the go.
The front desk is awesome. They always help and provide you whatever you need very very attendant.
