Location, location, location! The property is in downtown near everything, and very accommodating.
The price! whether it’s my genius level 3 stats or not its a steal! It had all that I needed, and being downtown its close to everything. I used the line scooters to get around even! I found myself ordering groceries for the fridge, and realized it’s very homey.
Fully functional private facilities, refrigerators AC/HEAT & accolades for consistent hospitality, straightforward, professional service. Cannot beat the daily consistent prices. Location, location.
I've stayed here twice and it's always been good. The room was big and very spacious. The wifi connection was really good. The staff was very nice. It's a good room if you are trying to stay overnight.. It was near Downtown but away from all the traffic. The deposit was only $100 but it does need to be in cash so heads up. You do get it back when you check out, so no waiting to get it back on your card.
The hotel is old, but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were not effusive, but polite and helpful. Very good value for such a central downtown location.
