Free easy access to ice and good coffee.
We were allowed to check in a little early and that was very helpful.
I would hands down stay again! Are you in the middle of nowhere yes but this has to be one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Immaculate and everything has been updated but super clean place. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that weren’t this clean. Staff was very friendly and the place is very quiet. They don’t have breakfast but do have a coffee bar.
EVERYTHING!! The beds are comfortable, AC always works and it's always very quiet. The rooms come with a small fridge, microwave and hairdryer. I found this hotel on Booking.com, but I wasn't sure because normally when something is this affordable, the hotel is shabby, but not in this case. The price is very good and the Coastal Bend Hotel is AWESOME! Everyone who works at this hotel is so nice, helpful and accommodating. The pool is an added perk, clean and relaxing. This is my go-to place to stay on all my fishing trips. It's close to some really good restaurants, a Dollar General and most importantly the pier! It's a quiet little gem in this town. I can't wait for my next visit in a few weeks! DEFINITELY A FIVE STAR PLACE!!!!!

Nice, helpful staff even when we had a late night check in. Comfortable bed. Nice sized room. Overall felt like a great value (better than most hotels I’ve stayed in at this price point).
