The room was clean and the bathroom was clean... Everyone working there was nice, nelpful. Even the little lady that was in the breakfast area the next morning was pleasant, friendly and chatting with some of the folks in there. Just started the day off friendly and pleasant.
The location is great. The staff behind the desk is not friendly but overall great experience.
I loved the atmosphere of the location and Ms. Geraldine was a joy while eating breakfast. She was very pleasant and helpful. The check-in process was easy and speedy. The room was clean and fresh smelling when we arrived.
The only hotel we have been in for 3 months that didn't smell like that special substance. At check in was offered 1st floor or 2nd. Clean room, super comfy beds! Breakfast looked amazing but we woke up too late to partake.
The staff was super friendly and clean. The ladies who took care of breakfast on the weekends were so sweet.
