The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Easy to get to/great breakfast/friendly staff/shuttle to take us to the game/comfy bed
Everything was excellent except the elevator didn't work and were on the 2nd floor.
only gave a 9 because the tv in the original room didn't have cable but i was given a new room once it couldn't be fixed
We were particularly impressed with the fact that we had no problems with the key card (as has happened at almost every other hotel we have stayed at, no matter how fancy). The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was standard - we did get to it late, so there may have been other options earlier. The free parking was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay there again.
