Blond headed lady at check in . She went way over and above to help me with my check in . Plus the guy helping out handled my luggage for me . So a big thumbs up to them .
Adequate breakfast, however really good coffee and fresh fruit. Room was clean and comfortable, great location for resting after long day on the road.
The staff was amazing! The maid was exceptional and very helpful and friendly! The front desk staff was also very friendly and did an awesome job! The rooms were great and the breakfast was phenomenal. The price was good also, and it was very simple to make reservations online!
The night clerk was amazing. Was by far the fastest I have ever checked in at a hotel. Breakfast was good and loved the room size. The beds were A+.
Location was in close proximity to Hatley Pointe Resort.
