The staff were welcoming and efficient. The facilities were in good shape. The bed was comfortable and the linens good quality. The location was what we needed for visiting family in Black River Falls.
Breakfast was plentiful and good. Room was comfortable. Elevator is very loud. (any chance it is on it's last leg and about to fail sometime with a guest or someone else in it.)
Location great. Beds were fine. We are short in stature. Hard to get into bed. Walk in shower was super. No complaints. Staff very accommodating & polite. Will definitely stay again when in the Area.
The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the hot breakfast!
