We had a room for disabled persons. It was perfect for my husband’s needs.
Josh exceeded our expectations, he was very helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to give us a comfortable stay!
The manager when I checked in at 5:00 on Friday 4/25. I asked the hours of the pool and he stated it was closed. When we returned that evening, the manager had tried to get it open a bit earlier for us. He was not able to, but the fact that he tried AND remembered us, was so kind and above and beyond.
The only thing I could find wrong was when I got in the shower before I got out the tub was up to my ankles with water from the shower because it did not drain . you could not operate the shower from the tub water running so they both ran.
I Was there by myself did not want anyone to come into my room so I told the staff after I left when I checking out .
Very convenient to several stores and restaurants. All in walking distance.
