The property was very clean, the staff were so sweet and the room is a lot bigger than expected.
Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was good.
They upgraded us to a King Bedroom suite at no charge. The suite was large, comfortable and had all amenities one could want. The hotel is newly refurbished it seems and very clean and attractive. The location is convenient to major highways downtown Akron and surrounding suburbs.
Clean, modern, convenient. Plus you had Zagnut bars in vending! Win!
Rooms were clean and updated. Very nice decorations.
