Was impressed with the front desk staff when we checked in.
She was very helpful, knowledgeable, quick.
Excellent check in. Staff worked to make it smooth and quick. Very clean and well maintained. Room was good.

Discovered I left my toiletry bag when I arrived home. Because I live out of state it was too far to travel back to Flint to retrieve. I Called the hotel to report and it was sent out to me the next day. Thank you.
Staff was very friendly, especially the young lady that checked me in, ( Ms. T-Tonya). She went OVER and ABOVE to make us feel welcomed as first time guest at Comfort Inn & Suites.
