Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Food was not always warm. The ladies managing breakfast were always stocking and being sure everyone had what they needed.

The breakfast was acceptable. The selection was fine but had run out when we got there. The influx of people didn't stop while we were there. There seemed to be two ladies working and I never saw either of them smile. I wanted to give a tip but they were in the back. I feel they need to know people do appreciate the job they are doing. It helps us while we are away from home. The toaster was broken, which I didn't use but people kept trying to hold the button down to get the bread toasted and it didn't work. We went away feeling satisfied.

Excellent location, close to the airport, which includes a free shuttle service. Extraordinary and friendly staff. Clean, super comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. No outside noise. A full, delicious, and varied breakfast.

The beds were very supportive and comfortable. The pool was very large and my 3 grand kids had a great time in it. The breakfast was very good. I’d stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the desk and the sofa bed seating area. The breakfast includes as hot options - make your own waffles, an egg dish, 2 meats, potatoes, and mixed vegetables each day. There was also yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and apples, bananas, and oranges offered each day. I appreciated the choice of proteins. The guest laundry was clean and easy to use. The indoor pool looked very inviting although we did not indulge. The property is next to the family fun center, which I thought might be noisy, but I was wrong, it was a quiet restful location. There is access to the interurban trail behind the property, a great place for some outdoor time. The shuttle service allowed us to get to the nearby mall and transit station. The on-call service for getting back to the hotel from the light rail station after a Mariners game was much appreciated! The staff was welcoming, helpful, and professional.
