Loved it, bed were very comfortable room was big and spacey, the complementary breakfast was excellent Pool area was clean .

Excellent front desk representative communication with guests. Upon checking in she was very polite and made sure to accommodate me with ADA room to meet my needs for not having to walk too far.

The room was great! loved how clean it was from the bedsheets to the restroom. We like to sleep in when we can so we didn't have breakfast.

Breakfast was better than most. Check in staff was backed up, could use some help during peer check in times. Apologetic and pleasant, desk person.

Vincent, (front desk), came to the room to see what it was that I called to complain about. He let me know that he didn’t have any available rooms to move me that night but did let me know that the next morning at 11 there should be a room available. He made sure to try and accommodate any needs I had and apologized on behalf of the hotel. Although I was upset about my situation, him trying to rectify it made me feel better about spending my money. Which I ended up booking an extra night because I actually enjoyed myself!
