Daphne at check in did a wonderful job. She needs to be promoted.
Very clean, well appointed and spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice TV with plenty of channels to choose from, good size fridge and microwave. Great to have Publix within walking distance, ample free parking, easy access to Turnpike. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, housekeeping staff were reliable and efficient.
The staff was extremely attentive and the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Miami when visiting friends or for cultural events. It was less than a minute to the turnpike which is the easiest way to traverse most of Miami.
Clean, early breakfast at 630. Maybe move to 6 on weekdays? Breakfast was hot and lots of options. Laundry services available. Professional staff at front desk. Plenty of food options and Publix within a short walk.
