Without providing too much detail, I want all to know that this host / manager cares. First then 5 and 1/2 to 6 months a year on the road so needless to say I spend a lot of money and time and different vacation rentals or airbnbs. From my experiences many times or to say more times than not it seems that the property managers care about one thing, money; and forgo the entire hospitality element. Some worse then others, but none like this.

The apartment was very clean and cozy! The host was quick to respond and very helpful. I moved my son into the student apartments nearby and it fit our needs perfectly. It is a great location!!

The price was great compared to local hotels. In addition, we had a "GPS" issue and would up at the wrong address. The host was very attentive and literally was in communication until we arrived and were able to get into the apartment. In addition, the host was very accommodating as we were traveling for a personal loss. Will use again if in the Sacramento area!
