Location, kitchen, beds, bathrooms and boat slip were great. The living room furniture was beautiful but extremely uncomfortable for using as head or neck hits the wood. The air conditioner I the lower bedroom was very helpful to cool the place but the upstairs portable air conditioner had no vent to the window so it blew hot air out the back, making it unusable. We enjoyed using the boat slip. A few small changes like taller cushions on the furniture and a window vent in the upstairs bedroom air conditioner would make this place top notch!
