Понравился номер "Архидея" - стильно и со вкусом: мягкая кровать, длинная раковина с двумя кранами, в душе две лейки, что тоже удобно: маленькая и большая.
Мы с мужем останавливались на три ночи. В первый день сказали, что нас вынуждены на утро переселить в другой номер, но он будет даже лучше, потому что трёхместный. В итоге номер нам не понравился - был сам меньше, и ванная комната оказалась меньше - пошли просить замену, но на этот день уже все было занято. Обещали на третью ночь переселить в тот же номер, в котором мы были в первую ночь (Архидея). В итоге на третью ночь дали номер без вешалки, холодильника и кресла, а тумбочки были ободраны. Муж
В гневе пошёл разбираться на ресепшн, и они как миленькие снова дали Архидею, но уже без кресла, которое было там в первую ночь. В общем, жулики.
Завтрак слабенький - хлопья, фрукты и булочки + хлеб, сыр, колбаса и масло. Никакой каши/яичницы или другого горячего.
Во время нашего пребывания затеяли ремонт: мешки со шпаклевкой стояли прямо под дверью в номер, в номере под нами сбивали плитку, думаю, дальше можно не комментировать. Через три дня нас попросили собрать вещи для переезда в другой уже отремонтированный номер. Вещи собрали, ушли, а по возвращению оказалось что новый номер не готов: "Подождите 30-40 минут".
Замечательное месторасположение. Уютный номер. Вкусные и сытные завтраки. В январе было достаточно тепло, не мерзли. Персонал готов помочь и подсказать.
Бронировали по акции, цена нас устроила. Без акций мне кажется дороговато все же
Локация для туриста идеальна, всё в шаговой доступности - 7 мин до Колизея, 15 мин до фонтана Треви, 35 мин до Ватикана. Завтраки не плохие, со вкусным кофе (его нужно просить отдельно) и в целом не огорчили. Персонал всегда был очень приветлив, так же есть русскоговорящая девочка.
На одном из устройств не работал вайфай. Причины так и не выяснили (андроид), хотя в других местах проблем не было. Не выдают зубные щётки/ пасты, но можно приобрести в магазине на параллельной улице за 2 евро. Все остальные ванные принадлежности были как полагается и новые выдавались каждый день.
любезный персонал, хорошее расположение в центре Рима на довольно тихой улице, очень приличные завтраки, теплый номер (при весьма прохладной погоде для этого времени года)
