The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our needs while we were in town. Location was central to everything we needed.

Contemporary Pearl is a very pleasant, brightly decorated downstairs apartment, in a good location 15 minutes from downtown by bus, 7 minutes by car. Our host was very responsive when I had a question, and there were many niceties such as all possible bathroom items from shampoo to deodorant and mouthwash for the forgetful traveller. The kitchen is easy to work in. Beds are comfortable. Great tv for watching sports or movies, set up for streaming. We rented a car for 2 days but turned it in and used the bus because the bus route downtown is a block away and it was faster than driving and parking, and Cleveland parking garages charged us $60 flat rate for event parking. We are two older women and felt safe and comfortable coming in late at night. Great value for the price! Thank you!

The property was very comfortable, had everything you needed and more. The location was also great for transportation, they was a bus stop just minutes from the property.
