great location, so easy to access the beach. the parking was great! never had to wait more than a few minutes for an elevator. couldn’t hear any neighbors. and we were there Memorial Day weekend. has a snack bar and chair rentals on the property. are there nicer places? sure. but for the price and what I needed, it was perfect. great for our family.
