Nice indoor pool and the room was very comfortable and clean
The hotel is dated but clean and the staff was absolutely great! Most hotels are filled with millennial grey carpet, tiles, curtains and bright lights. Be prepared for lots of dark brown and deep reds. Think mid 90s. It was close to the airport and quite a few restaurants you could walk to. While I was there there was some incident that required heavy police presence but was handled without any disruption to the hotel. The staff was attentive and very sweet.
Room was nice with a sitting room, desk and separate bedroom. Two TVs, sofa and chair.
I loved how helpful,and friendly the staff and shuttle personel were. They made a number of suggestions that easied our journey, saved us time and enhanced our knowledge of the area. The night auditor gave me a wake-up call so that I could get breakfast after dropping my nephews off at the airport at 5 a.m. I was thankful to be able to get a nap after arriving at 2 a.m. to the hotel. He is to be commended for his work and his actions to make sure that I was accommodated.
