The hotel appeared to be newly remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean
The property staff were amazing, very clean facilities, and the deposit was only 50$ instead of the 150$ advertised online! Definitely a perk! And I loved that the hotel was very close to everything nearby restaurants shopping and the event center we went to in charlotte.
Our room was clean, a bed was comfortable, nice oversized shower. TV had a large selection of sport channels.
We were so happy at this hotel. So quiet. No road noise. Wonderful beds & shower. Close to so many things. The breakfast was the best we’d ever had in a hotel! Sweet, helpful staff. Lived the pool.
It was in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
