The room was huge - more a suite, that was very comfortable. The bed was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location, being near to Birkdale Village but only 25 minutes from the airport was great! Breakfast was good and there is free flavoured water and tea and coffee available in the lobby.
The hotel staff and hotel ambience were very welcoming. Our room was huge and much bigger than expected. It was very comfortable.
typical breakfast, overall ok. rooms quite big, some years old, but still ok. Overall everything is fine for a few days stay
