Breakfast was very good,location was perfect for me and guests

Staff was very friendly, very helpful. I only got coffee, fruit & a muffin every day & took it back to my room. I thought there was a good selection though, especially since there wasn’t an extra charge for it.

Desk staff was great, cleaning staff gave you one shot, get out or don't get cleaned

Quincy was excellent during the check-in providing us all the information we might need about the area. The breakfast was very good. The room had disability access and the grab bars in the Bathroom were excellent. Good location, unfortunately we arrived in town too late to enjoy the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. Upon check-out, the system was down, and we could not a receipt. That evening I called the hotel and Quincy was on duty again, and promptly emailed me a copy of the receipt.

The man that checked us in was so nice and helpful. He was having computer problems and a man came in and cursed him because there weren't any more rooms and he handled it so well. I really helped me out when I was so stressed!
