Very convenient to explore Yellowstone and most affordable hotel in the area , owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with three comfortable beds. Livingstone is a nice looking little town !

I arrived 1/2 hr after the office closed so had to roust the office person from her warm and snuggly bed to hand me the room card. Despite that, She was cheerful and polite pointed me in the right direction. The room has a country charm to it. I loved it. The bed was really comfy, the shower was hot and steamy and work station was ideal for my last minute work emails. I had no towels in the morning but found a housekeeper in the laundry room who quickly handed me more than enough. The motel sits at the end of town so you get to drive thru the quaint town of Livingston when going to the park. Upon check out, I had a wonderful chat with the people in the office who helped answer all my questions. Im recommending this place to everyone .

Great staff very friendly! Convenient location near food, a gas station and bowling alley. Would stay again in the future if I come back to town and would also recommend for someone who is traveling through the area.

Comfortable bed, cozy old-school radiator that didn’t go click and clank. Nice staff. Appreciated that it wasn’t a sterile corporate chain vibe. Would stay here again.

The Staff was great. Also, the room and its facilities were good. We had no issues with anything to do with the rooms.
