We liked the cleanliness as well as the proximity to downtown gatlinburg. The room was up to date and had plenty of amenities including a full size fridge!
Very clean inside the room and a good location, close to where I needed to be. 24 hour reception and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.. Affordable and good value for Gatlinburg, especially on short notice. Lighting inside the room was good. I liked having a sofa and desk, and the full sized fridge. Having a Key Code versus a key card was helpful. Nice hot water and good shower pressure.
Close to attractions but also peaceful!!! We'll definitely be back again!!

The pool was nice not to cold hot tub great value for holiday ok got to see a bear at pool was Awesome free tram up town good would recommend it to friends and family nice experience and they have a cottage you can get also
