The location was very easy to access from anywhere we traveled. The Guest service, Melissa, was very helpful and quite cheerful to work with. She was able to help set up our room location close to our other family members. The hotel was very well laid out and easy to find our way around. Melissa and the other lobby/bistro staff were exceptional!!
The breakfast was great and so was the server. It was very quiet and we slept well even though the room had to be changed due to dirty bedding. But one of the attendants took care of it speedily.
Everything was perfect clean smelled awesome the room was comfortable and front desk people are so polite didn’t have no complain at all
The property was great location if you are attending anything at the Moody Center. I did enjoy the front desk attendant! She was very informative and really nice. She was working when we checked in on Tuesday around 6 ish.
I loved that there was a bar and almost a restaurant area downstairs for us to lounge and get drinks or food.
