How friendly the staff was and how clean the facilities were
Very clean and the people were so friendly and helpful!
The desk staff the bistro staff and the kitchen staff were all wonderful. Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely enjoy being there.
The room was comfortable. The distance to USC is a plus.
The room was spacious for 2. The location was perfect. There are great restaurants in walking distance. The arena was also in walking distance. Hotel was very clean. Restaurant on site.
