The Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I liked that you could walk to a lot of the near by places. The morning valet gentleman was the best and very friendly ( why he got a tip ).

The staff was outstanding! Melvin at registration and Sia in the bistro were very helpful, and you felt like you were talking with people you've known forever. Alex in valet was a total riot and matched my husband's sense of humor.

Price and the add ons plus didn't know they charged for parking. Tight location

Staff was friendly & helpful, especially the valet attendant. Gave excellent recommendations of sites to go see & visit in the city. Location was great for me, right around the corner from the Raising Cane Center.
