Great location. Staff from manager to front desk to service to cleaning to breakfast were ALL amazing! They all deserve to be recognized - building a team this outstanding is an achievement. Once the 2nd bed and AC was turned on, the room was lovely. It's a good thing that the hotel is near MIT because it will take a degree from there to figure out how to use the shower without getting burned or frozen. All jokes aside, why is the shower so complicated?
My car broke down and we were stuck for a short time after check out. The staff was very accommodating especially AAA or my group coming and going from paid parking. The entire stay was very nice as well.
Good location. Clean room. Mine had a beautiful view. The place feels a bit outdated. In general OK. Price was high because of marathon weekend.
Location was good: Trader Joes, Walgreens, and Whole Food. Resturant at hotel was great, which made my short stay really good. Thanks.
Good parking. Easy access into Cambridge. Good breakfast and the coupon to pay for it. Nice room.
