I was welcomed with complimentary snacks of popcorn and cookies during my stay. I enjoyed the modern, professional look. The shower was amazing including the drainage! Extremely clean rooms. Appliances were up-to-date. Great use of space with the furniture. Delicious food from the Bistro.
We made the booking through Booking.com and for some reason the hotel couldn't find the reservation. However, Stan at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us.
Staff, cleanliness, dining, comfortable, nice area, plenty of places to dine, shop and have fun
The hotel was being renovated, so I imagine it will look very nice really soon. But right now, it looks quite dated. The carpets are old, and the entire facility could use an update. That said, the updates are in progress. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean, which are my 2 priorities. The staff was very nice and helpful, and we did not have any problems or issues.
The guy in the front desk was very good and very helpfull, we called 1:00am , he answered the call right way, it's very heavy raining day, and he was very patient to direct us to arrival to the hotel.
