Excellent location right outside of Charlotte. Several dining options right there. Beds are very comfortable.
Everybody was so engaged and caring. From front desk to Starbucks and food area to cleaning crew. Really great
The room was very clean. The location was great. A couple of restaurants in walking distance. My stay was quiet, as I was hoping for.

We encountered a problem, but the staff explained the issue and provided an alternative solution to resolve it. The manager, Gary Williams Siggers is the absolute best.
