Allison Paoli is wonderful! She is humble, warm heart and a real example of a manager who care for the customers, and the staffs.
When we were there, there was a tornadoes and flood, the food truck could not make in time and her staffs could not be on time for the breakfast. She was there for customers making breakfast and did the work of the entire food & beverage team.
She works hard and she can cook delicious food.
She really make a positive difference and put a smile on our faces.

We liked the proximity to Greenhills mall. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Bed pillows were not great but other than that it was exceptional.
