Its location and I loved the comfort of the apartment as well as the floor plan. The hosts were very accommodating.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations; it was cute and comfy (the queen memory foam mattress lol). I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities included, e.g., light snacks, coffee (keurig), washer/ dryer, desk, two smart televisions, shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash was included in the shower, etc. The instructions to check in and check out were clear and concise. The location was close to many restaurants and the train station. Since it was next to an ice cream shop, the place smelled faintly of sugar and sweets in the best way. We stayed in Richmond for our trip to Colonial Williamsburg, and this was the perfect place for our stay.

Spacious, beautiful apartment with everything we needed. It was in a convenient location and very comfortable. Easy to communicate with the host. It made our visit with local family very easy and enjoyable.

The apartment was full of character and charm. It was clean and very comfortable. The building was secure and in a great location with lots of things to do within walking distance. It was quiet enough to be able to work if needed at the great desk space and not so quiet that one would feel completely isolated. The host was very communicative and friendly! Loved the patio space and privacy of it! The kitchen was great to cook in too!

The living room was distinct and separate from the bedroom. The apartment was roomier than expected.Well stocked kitchen .
