The property is located in an HOA subdivision, which is quiet, and the neighborhood is immaculate. There are several places to eat within short distances, and the Pavillion is the place to shop! I must say that the hospitality of the property management was superb! She stayed in contact with me the entire process and offered to render suggestions on places to go, as well as making sure that she was available if I needed anything. I would recommend this place to stay, and I would stay there again!
I traveled with my husband, sister and my one year old. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful. The size of the property was great perfect to accommodate us. It was only 4 minutes from where my siblings live and only 6 minutes from Fayetteville downtown which makes commuting very convenient. The property had enough toiletries and towels. Loved that property manager provided some snacks. That was very nice.
