In the morning attending breakfast, I was asked to leave the hotel because I did not have a reservation to be there and when it was confirmed that I did have a stay there that night prior no apology was big enough to accommodate the embarrassment that I experienced
Staff was very nice , very mindful and demure! i loved it
We utilized our room just for somewhere to hangout and rest our heads for the night because we were in town for a concert which was conveniently right around the corner. The beds were cozy.
room was comfortable and clean. Lobby is nice. We only slept there so didn't experience much else.
Room and bathroom clean.
Bed comfortable.
Staff very good.
