Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Wait staff were very pleasant.

Location, access to beach, other amenities, cleanliness, and staff courtesy.

The location is perfect, not only because you’re on the beach but you are right off the highway and it’s easy to get places. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The room was a great size, bed was super comfortable, and smelled good. The balcony was a huge plus, I loved sitting out looking at the ocean.

Front desk staff was great, the rest of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The Crowne Plaza was a great stay. The property is beautiful and is sitting on the ocean. The food and drinks are all right there, and you really don't have to leave for a short stay. Valet parking was faster than you could do it yourself.
