Clean rooms and friendly staff. I love staying there.

The cleanliness of the room! The bed was comfortable but a little high. Ok for tall people but a short person or elderly person could easily fall when exiting bed.

I didn't eat breakfast there. I slept too late. The location is close to a Mexican restaurant and Walmart. The floors and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and linen had no stains. There was caulking over the floor at the side entrance. I mentioned it to the front desk and someone promptly came to vacuum it up. They are renovating some rooms I was told. Also, we had requested a smoking room, and on Booking.com we were given that option. But upon arrival we were informed that none of the rooms were smoking rooms. However, the guy at the front desk made sure we had a room on the lower level near the door so we only had to step out to smoke. That was very thoughtful of him. Good customer service!

Amazing customer service friendly and knowledgeable staff they had knowledge of the area pointed me in the right direction of the things I was needing great room water was hot fast and stayed hot they were crazy fast at responding to my online questions I even got a personal call when something was wrong and they fixed it immediately by far one of the best hotels I have had on this trip great price too decent breakfast

It was ok. Could have been a better breakfast choice.
