This vintage, private entrance, single story motel, offers free covered parking next to your room. Eagle Point Ski Resort is 19 miles east on scenic byway HWY 153. Also, enjoy the beautiful 50 minute drive to Brian Head Ski and Summer Resort and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Our clean spacious single queen, single king or double queen rooms include: free WiFi, 42-inch flat-screen TV's with satellite channels, three drawer dresser, work desk, microwave, and mini refrigerator with small freezer space. Our friendly desk clerk's greet guests at arrival with fresh chocolate chip cookies and cold bottled water. Coffee maker and ice are given upon request. Daily maid service is available at the DeLano Motel. 1 hour 45 minutes’ drive from Zion National Park. Bryce Canyon National Park located just 70 miles from DeLano Motel & RV Park Beaver.

It was very clean and the staff member was extremely nice and professional.
Service. Attention to needs. Early checkin, booking problem resolved by management . Genuine intrest by staff in our comfort.
Spotlessly clean! Very comfortable bed. Soft towels. Nice tv and fridge. The sweet girl in the office brought us bottles of water, a coffee maker for the morning and chocolate chip cookies. Got to park right at the door of our room.
We had such a friendly and warm welcome from the owner, who checked us in. He really takes pride in this place, and it shows in the cleanliness and comfort. He gave us great tips for food in the area.
The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with cold water and homemade cookies. She then gave us recommendations for a delicious dinner.
